Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchase Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically with proficiency in handling the Purchase Module in SAP ERP. This role will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, and supporting our operations team to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage the procurement process using the Purchase Module in SAP ERP, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing supplies and equipment.
2.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries within SAP.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
3.Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to ensure stock availability.
4.Analyse and report on purchasing trends and cost efficiencies using SAP data.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and ensure timely support.
5.Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
6.Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delivery delays.
Provide training and support to team members on the Purchase Module in SAP as needed.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, with direct experience using the Purchase Module in SAP ERP.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3.Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, procurement software) and experience with SAP ERP systems.
4.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
