Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Exports and Logistics Executive to join our team at Mother India Farms in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling export processes, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. This role includes managing transportation costs, shipment records, and working closely with government agencies, forwarders, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee export logistics activities and coordinate with forwarders.
- Prepare RFQs, invoices, E-invoices, and follow up on RFID seals.
- Ensure accurate customs and liner documentation checks.
- Verify vendor invoicing and coordinate payment follow-ups with accounts, ensuring timely vendor payments within ageing limits.
- Manage E-way bills and vehicle movement documents for unit-to-unit stock transfers.
- Liaise with government agencies to apply for export schemes and follow up on approvals.
- Secure PQ certificates and preferential COO from respective departments.
- Handle all post-shipment activities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in export procedures, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and shipment tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
